About this class

Build your foundation for the first fifteen minutes of this class using Foot Fitness™ tools designed by Body Logic founder Yamuna Zake. Then relax and lengthen into 60 minutes of Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR) routines that take you through the entire body. YBR is a completely original fitness and therapy practice that combines healing, wellness and injury prevention in a single workout. Using re-inflatable therapy balls you'll stretch muscles and free restrictions in all parts of the body, increasing blood flow, decompressing bones, joints and nerves, and promoting healing. A ball is just a ball without the proper education!

class start time was not updated on class pass, so wasted 15mins at the beginning. very slow pace,.low energy. but the rolling and hands on adjustments are amazing.

Jennifer is wonderful. So friendly, helpful, knowledgeable etc. I thought it was a touch slow for my likings but it certainly was unlike anything Ive done before and it hit on, pressured in, and stretched out a bunch of muscles I dont use pretty much ever

This class was great. Its subtle but effective. Im usually all about deeeeep foam rolling and bodywork, and this is not as painful or intense, but you do feel it. Its a bit more relaxing with some tenderness mixed in. Im an athlete and dancer and have all sorts of injuries, pain, and imbalances. My terrible back pain feels a bit better just after the first class, and the instructor, Melyssa, really knows her stuff and will really take the time to talk to you.
