About this class

There are three things that work to help the muscles release in a deep and long lasting way: A relaxed state of mind, a bit of heat, and time. Sweaty stretch has it all! In this class the room with be mildly heated and a touch of eucalyptus in the air. Once you settle in you will be taken through a series of targeted, long stretches that will help you release on many levels.

Paula is so attentive throughout the class and makes great adjustments! She goes out of her way to teach you about anatomy and helps you understand what each pose should feel like.

All stretch, no sweat... I must have misread the class description because I didnt realize this was going to be such a slow class. Not bad if thats what youre looking for, but be forewarned: we really only did seven or eight poses and held each one for several minutes. If youre looking for a nice flow this class isnt for you!

They completely oversold spots, the class was overcrowded to say the least I had another person whose mat was right at my feet and they had that person blocking the only exit. And the instructor did not know how to teach I think it was her first time. I certainly hope they dont use her again.

Paul was very nice and attentive. This is definitely a slower paced class. Not as sweaty as I was hoping for.

Loved the class. Paula was fantastic. The only thing is the class was too crowded so it was very hard to move. Suggestion would be to limit class number.

It was a good class for stretching but I wouldnt consider it yoga, and it pretty much for beginners.

So unorganized and didnt start on time. There was no eucalyptus like there usually is and I didnt feel like it was a full body stretch.

It was small class (5 people) which I thought would be great so she can spend time in helping individuals forms but she didn't and wasn't the best around describing the movements
