About this class

Deep stretch class will open all the muscle groups and go deep into places your flow practice just can’t get to. Most of the work will be done on the floor to enhance deeper hip, shoulder, and hamstring opening. Great class for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

Please bring a towel and yoga mat to class. If you do not have a mat, they are available to rent at the studio for $1. Cash only please

I didn’t realize this was a restorative class so was a little disappointed. Wanted to break a sweat! But if you just want a super relaxing stretch, it’s perfect.

Lisa is a good instructor. Shes precise, warm and welcoming. The class however should be relabeled as beginners yoga - there is nothing deep going on here.

Excellent class. Great stretch routine. I havent done yoga or stretching in years. This was a great class to get back into it. Would love to do this again. Highly recommend for busy medical professionals.
