About this class

Step One: A great class to get your practice started! This class will take you through the poses step by step. You will learn exactly how to position your body so that you can feel that you are "doing it right” even if you aren’t feeling very flexible. Also known as Yoga for the Inflexible!

Please bring a towel and yoga mat to class. If you do not have a mat, they are available to rent at the studio for $1. Cash only please

Very very basic. More of a stretching class than yoga. But nice stretching.

Trying out yoga so might not be the best review of the class as I'm relatively new to the concept. The instructor seemed good, nice voice and direction. Some construction noise outside and someone's cell phone kept pinging. Class wasn't crowded which was nice.

Really enjoyed the class and the instructor. Got a great stretch for my stiff muscles. The only downside was that the tiny space was packed.

What is ClassPass?
