Find out why you crave the foods you do, how you are self-sabotaging by simply eating foods out of order, how to change your habits, and how to live in complete nutritional balance for your body type and age. This is not a quick-fix fad “diet” with expensive supplements to invest in. This is your daily diet; what you eat and how you eat. This is you understanding “you” with all the realities of your life. This is how to apply a Yogi Diet with a busy schedule, work, and stress without adding more thing to manage. This is finding harmony and joy with food in a logical way that everyone can practice.
