About this class

Interval training has been scientifically proven to be more effective than traditional long, slow distance training when the goal is to reduce body fat. Each Kore Interval workout includes a variety of high & low intensity movements involving cardio and weight training. As you are working out your trainer is focusing on keeping you in the zone that will get you the most efficient fat burning or muscle building to make our workouts even more effective, we use KORR Metabolic Assessments to find out where your body wants to burn fat for use when using your heart rate monitor during workouts. Within weeks, you’ll notice a difference in your strength, your energy and your overall fitness level. Beginners should notify the trainer so that the workout can be modified to the individuals level of experience.

How to prepare

We ask all New Members to arrive at least 15 minutes early. This will allow new visitors to fill out the appropriate paperwork and set them up for the heart rate monitor or sync their heart rate monitoring to the Accru System. For first time visitors we can loan you a Heart Rate pod so that you can get the full experience of what RedKore Fitness is all about. We do have heart rate monitors available for sale at the gym if you wish to purchase your own.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
