About this class

This is a class for those preparing to invert (go upside down)/ new to inversions. You will learn the fundamentals of inversions and the basic tricks: leg hangs (inside & outside), chopper and how to do basic spot for your fellow student. You will be paired up with other students for this exercise. Prepare to master the art of inversions and make some great friends!!

People are very friendly and the environment makes you feel great. The instructor will determine what is suitable for you to learn and let you practice in group. It helps you to learn and improve quick. There is also a lovely dog waiting for you to come in to the class. It's a must try class.

What is ClassPass?
