About this class

RedBird cardio dance is a non-stop, high-impact cardio flow set to pop music. Our choreography is designed to sculpt the arms, glutes and waist as you move. Dance can be intimidating, but like anything else practice makes perfect (or better). And the RedBird dance floor has no judgment. We just want you to have fun and get healthy. We start with simpler sequences that build in complexity as the class progresses. The music is loud and we generate a lot of heat, so come prepared to sweat and rock out. As with all of our classes, this program is authentic, fun and challenging.

Fun class but it seems it may be more of a series where you learn a dance for the month. It may be challenging to jump into in the middle of.

While I appreciate Jennifer’s enthusiasm for the class, it is very hard to be in a dance class when the teacher is not on the beat.

I like the teacher and the music, but I wish we did more dance routine instead of working on just one!

Thank you for the feedback! We will certainly aim to do this as we work on the class structure! The routine is learned all month long so by then end of the month you should be flyin through!

What is ClassPass?
