About this class
Body Engineering Chair 2 builds on the principles and movements found in Level 1 Chair and Level I and 2 BE mat. This class is a fast-paced, full-body workout. As with all the Chair classes, clients should come to class knowing the movements and the method. As the sequence progresses into more complex rotations and full-body exercises the chairs are used to challenge the body’s balance, set the height for leg and arm extension and create resistance in a variety of unique angles and positions. This class is an efficient, effective and completely unique workout.
