About this class

These are progressive and up-tempo sessions emphasizing strength and endurance. Our comprehensive and specific program design is focused on obtaining tangible results while keeping clients injury free. Get variety and the recovery you need between strength sessions with a lower body focus one day and an upper body focus another day. Small groups of 4-8 clients work in close contact with our top-level health and fitness professionals which means all individuals receive the motivation, attention, and program adjustments needed for continued achievement.

I came in not knowing what the structure would be or the vibe of the gym, instructor, and other attendees. Overall, I am very pleasantly surprised by my experience! From walking in, the employees are super nice. The class size was very small (5 people total that day) and the class was broken up into a dynamic warm-up at the beginning, followed by 3-4 “sequences” (ie. circuits) containing 3 exercises in each one. I loved the variation each sequence provided, and they were really challenging exercises but nothing overly discouraging. Zach made sure that everyone worked to their full potential and gave pointers and words of encouragement whenever he could. He was super outgoing and willing to answer any questions I had (plus his pit bull Roxy was an awesome workout companion)! I would definitely come back again!

I was new to this studio, and it would have been helpful if the front desk told me what to do while I was waiting for class to start. The sequences were very effective and I was sore after! More demos by the instructor would be helpful for a newbie.

Always super fun, always challenging. I love the workouts at Red Dot. Youll get diverse workouts with each class, and Zac is super motivating. Youll get a good lesson in form too. Highly recommend.

I always love Red Dot, and love being in Zachs classes. Hes friendly and knows what hes doing. His workouts are tough but I always feel inspired afterward. The space it self is good to be in, and I feel like I do get good attention to my form. Zach is always available for questions. Overall love the vibe of this place - everyone is always having fun and its refreshing to find a gym like this - where everyone is serious about working out but doesnt take themselves too seriously.

What is ClassPass?
