About this class
Pregnancy is a wonderful time to practise yoga. It helps keep the body supple without straining. Yoga breathing helps you to relax, improves circulation and can help you relieve the pain of labour in childbirth. Our Antenatal Yoga Classes are provided by extremely well qualified and experienced teachers who will be very capable in supporting you during your pregnancy and birth preparation. Adjustments and modifications can be individually tailored so that no previous experience of yoga is necessary to join a class. Please note: Please wait until after your 12 week scan before attending any form of new exercise/class.
