About this class

Designed to prevent injury, this session is great for runners, rowers or cyclists who want to gain overall harmony and balance in the body and optimise breath. Complement your sports practice with stretches and dynamic sequences of movements that target key areas of the body. Cues will be more anatomy and alignment based than in other classes. Regular practice can lead to greater flexibility, mobility, core-stability and a focused mind.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form-fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections.

How to get there

Re:Centre is located at Re:Centre on Thames Wharf, Rainville Road in Hammersmith. Our main entrance is located opposite the River Cafe and we have views of the river.

I found this class tough simply because I’ve not done any yoga for years and my muscles are tight from intense work outs but this was exactly what I needed. Friendly staff and instructor, amazing clean, stunning yoga space. Really inspiring and beautiful and a gorgeous cafe downstairs.

What is ClassPass?
