Yin & Meditation at Re:Centre
About this class
A stilling practice to remove blockages and create space with a deep sense of awareness. A great antidote to the yang of fast-paced, city life. Yin focuses on releasing connective tissue such as tendons, ligaments and fascia by finding your ‘edge’ during postural holds, which are typically held for 3-5 minutes. Props are used for support to allow you to let go of any tension leading into a place of freedom for meditation.

How to prepare
Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form-fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections.
How to get there
Re:Centre is located at Re:Centre on Thames Wharf, Rainville Road in Hammersmith. Our main entrance is located opposite the River Cafe and we have views of the river.
