About this class
This class is a great way to spend time with your baby in a relaxed environment and ease your way back into exercise after birth. Discover how yoga can help you stretch and tone your body, strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, release tension and allow you to relax. Soothe yourself and your baby by using rhythm and breathing techniques and connect with other parents in your community. Whether you are new to yoga or reconnecting with it, these classes will restore your sense of wellbeing. Just be sure you have had your six/eight-week check from your GP before starting. Babies up until crawling.

How to prepare
Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form-fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections.
How to get there
Re:Centre is located at Re:Centre on Thames Wharf, Rainville Road in Hammersmith. Our main entrance is located opposite the River Cafe and we have views of the river.
