REBEL RIDE 201 (Beginner Cycle) at Rebel Ride
About this class
After Rebel Ride 101, you can head on over to Rebel Ride 201! This beginner class will be a moderately paced workout, with less focus on explaining the fundamentals covered in 101. It's a great way to condition your body and build your endurance slowly, especially if you are new to cycling or have not exercised in many months.

How to prepare
Comfortable, moisture-wicking tops and tight fitting cycling shorts or fitness pants are recommended to avoid fabric near the pedals. Remember to bring socks, but they have plenty at the front desk if you forget. Cycling shoes are required for safety, proper foot alignment, and increased performance. You will appreciate the difference of “clipping in” once you try it! Shoe rental is complimentary, or you can bring your own. Pedals accept both LOOK and SPD cleats.
