About this class
Ashtanga Vinyasa is a selection of postures and breath work based on the ashtanga system. The postures and flow of ashtanga combined with the focus on the breath creates a moving meditation designed to increase prana (energy) and decrease excess apana (waste) to restore the body to a healthful state. The postures help detoxify the organs, create strength and flexibility. In this dynamic class, the Ashtanga system is used as a framework including postures from the primary and intermediate series. All levels of students may attend this class. The class is held in a warm room (80 degrees).

How to get there
Metered parking can be found in front of the studio, and unmetered parking can be found along side streets.
