About this class

HIIT training is a super effective and smart way to train. HIIT training is meant for those who want to work smarter not harder. Combing high intensity with interval training results in EPOC, which speeds your metabolic rate and “translates into a metabolism boost for up to 48 hours after a complete HIIT routine,” says Salvador. This means you'll still be burning fat even after you've left the gym! A courageous, daring and dynamic conditioning experience. 20 second bouts of high intensity followed by 10 seconds of rest. This will transform your body, decreasing body fat and improving V02 max. This class is suitable for all abilities, and ages.
