About this class

This class uses high intensity interval training to give you an intense calorie burning full body workout. Kettlebell swings, agility sprints, box jumps, battle rope slams and medicine ball tosses are just a few things you may encounter in this fun fat torching class. The workout is always followed by a longer then normal cool down/stretch period to have you feeling fresh for the coming week.
