Suitable for all levels of fitness, and even if you can’t catch up, you’re still burning fats on the trampoline! How to prepare

Class Etiquette • Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of class time • Latecomers will not be allowed to join the class • Only face towels and water bottle are allowed in the studio, the rest should be stored in lockers • Please bring along your own lock and key (for lockers), water, and towels • For Hot Yoga practitioners, a mat towel is compulsory If you need anything else Towel - $5 Lock & Key - $3 Water - $1
