A Hatha yoga class in the Sivananda tradition informed by the instructor’s understanding of various styles of yoga, including Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Viniyoga. With an emphasis on balance and relaxation, the class consists of breath work, flowing sun salutations, stretching and strengthening, and twelve classical yoga poses sequenced to bring physical, energetic, and spiritual well-being to the practitioner.
