About this class
This toning & strengthening class is for those who are already familiar with the Harrison Hammock and the basic AntiGravity® grips, wraps & traps. FIVE AG SUSPENSION FITNESS CLASSES ARE THE MINIMUM PREREQUISITE. This class is not recommended for first time flyers. Demos will be removed or abbreviated to allow more time for upper body, core, and lower body work. This may include circuits, isometric & eccentric exercises, cardio boosts, and of course, our signature inversions for decompression. Rave'rs get ready to lengthen, strengthen, tone, and sweat!

How to prepare
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Open spots may be given to standby clients at class time. For safety reasons, latecomers will wait for instructor approval before joining class. Please remove rings & sharp jewelry before class. Activewear that covers the knees and armpits is recommended for comfort & hygiene purposes. AntiGravity classes are performed in bare feet or in socks with grippers. The entire floor is padded - yoga mats not necessary! The Raven team looks forward to flying with you!

Located on 7th Street between Folsom & Cleveland Streets. Street parking is available.
