For runners training for a short to middle distance race, or runners seeking to incorporate some high-intensity speed and hill work into your training, this is the class for you. How to prepare

RacePace provides most of what you need to get started. Show up in comfortable running gear (sweat-wicking shirt/sports bra and shorts) and running sneakers. Bring a refillable water bottle which you can fill at the Studio's bottle filling stations. Towels will be provided on your treadmills. There are full amenity locker rooms with showers outfitted with Malin + Goetz shower products, towel service, hair dryers and other essentials all provided. Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your first class for a quick introduction/tour.

How to get there

RacePace is located in the Sawyer Heights neighborhood, one mile outside downtown and off the Taylor Street exit of I-10. When driving up Sawyer Street, look for the large "ART" sign situated in the parking lot. There is ample parking in front of the studio as well as along the side of the building.

Great class. Much better than I anticipated. Im not a runner, so I was nervous. But the class was very attainable for any level. I felt accomplished after. Will be back. Could have been LESS talking from the instructor. (More listening to the tunes).

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
