Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness. Each week in this introductory class we will break down basics of this powerful practice, breaking down different elements such as mantra, breath work, meditations, the Ten Bodies, the mind and more.

How to prepare
It is recommended that students bring their own block, cushions and blankets. Wear any comfortable yoga clothing that you prefer. Mats will be provided.

RA MA Institute New York is located at 125 Stanton Street, New York, New York 10002 at the corner of Stanton and Essex. The most convenient trains are the F train at Delancey Street, J, M, Z at Essex Street or the B, D at Grand Street.
