The only equipment you need to do trampoline exercise is a trampoline and a small space. There are a variety of exercises that are done to target specific muscles or just to improve cardiovascular function. However, jumping on a Trampoline is unique as it uses both acceleration and deceleration to work on every cell in your body in a distinctive way.

How to prepare
Please wear athletic clothing and footwear, come prepared to sweat! Bring water if you'd like! For yoga classes: Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form-fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections.
