About this class
Yin, a gentle meditative, therapeutic style of yoga that focuses on asanas that are held for longer periods of time. Postures specific to the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine increase circulation and improve flexibility in the joints. Leave class feeling calm and balanced in the mind and body. Yang yoga is the more traditional hatha or ashtanga-based asana practice that develops muscular strength, stamina, and flexibility. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the class starts!

How to prepare
Please wear athletic gear that you can move freely in and running shoes. Bring water! They also have bottles available for purchase at the studio.
