About this class
This class uses weights and resistance in combination with yoga poses, to create long, lean, toned muscles, building overall strength and flexibility. Students will cultivate a calmer, clearer mind as they move through the various asana (poses) by focusing on moving with breath. Students will leave feeling more flexible, toned and centered. Please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts!

How to prepare
Please wear athletic gear that you can move freely in and running shoes. Bring water! They also have bottles available for purchase at the studio.
