About this class

Been eyeing up those pants that are just one size too small?A (Legs, Butt and Abs) class is dedicated to improve the strength, stability and mobility of the lower body both on and off the rower. Feel the lower body burn with exercises specially devised to sculpt and strengthen the legs, glutes, and core while learning correct movement patterns to help prevent injuries. Finish the class by jumping on the rower to raise your heart rate, improve your cardiovascular system and tone up those hard to hit areas. An all over class guaranteed to leave your legs shaking.Please arrive 15 mins before the class starts !
