About this class

Looking for something low impact and adaptable? Before starting any fitness journey you need to have a solid foundation to build upon. This class is a great place to begin your quest. By utilizing the water rower, TRX suspension trainer, and resistance band this class serves as an excellent introduction into what we are all about here at Quest Fitness. Expect to get a good sweat on as you periodically jump from the rower for your cardio, to the resistance bands to awaken your muscles, and to the TRX to bring everything together. This class really focuses on stabilization, core control and correct movement patterns that build a strong foundation for the rest of your journey. Please arrive 15 mins before your class starts !

Beautiful new facility with great equipment. Instructor Anthony was more interested in his workout than helping or modifying exercises for others. Will not return to his class but may try other classes here.

This class is great for beginners as Connor demonstrates the techniques thoroughly but it’s also challenging enough for the intermediates / experts!

What is ClassPass?
