Looking for something to help you power through the week? This class is designed to help develop both muscular and cardiovascular endurance. Building on your sturdy foundations, work towards learning new resistance training techniques during the first half of class. You can expect to feel your whole body burn by the end of class as you work on progressing through more complex movements. Finish this class strong with a powerful endurance row along to upbeat current music hits. Move toward you optimal you with each class you attend. Please arrive 15 mins before your class starts !

How to prepare
Please wear athletic gear that you can move freely in and running shoes. Bring water! They also have bottles available for purchase at the studio.
