This sports training will help you increase fitness and strength with just 20 seconds of cardio and conditioning work and 10 second rests repeated for 4 minutes or until you drop this workout really gets results! Tokyo Attack is fantastic for weight loss, fitness and strength. This workout is suitable for all levels.

Good intro to a HIIT class. Not a killer workout but still good. Great that they brought a second PT into the class as the instructor has an injury preventing demonstration.

Always love every instructor here. But a reception guy has a bit of an attitude every time i visit Qmax class (which is located in Fit n Fast gym) always have a problem liasing with the reception guy. He almost didnt allow me in because I dont have an access card as i signed up through this app. What an idiot.
