About this class

Our signature class is 75 minutes of hard work and results. The first 45 minutes jack your heart rate with bodyweight exercises, plyometrics and other cardio moves; then, we strengthen and recover with 30 minutes of active Vinyasa yoga. Can’t stay for 75 minutes? No worries! Turn this into a Py 45 and jet before the yoga if you need to.

How to prepare

Most people prefer to wear shoes for the cardio and plyometric portions of classes. Please bring an extra pair of shoes to wear with you into the studio so you can avoid tracking dirt inside! You will also need a yoga mat and water, and you will sweat, so a towel is advised as well! Yoga mats are available to rent for $2, and hand towels are available to purchase (you keep it!) for $2. If you would like to shower at the studio, please bring your own bath towel.

How to get there

Street parking Is available, and there are four parking spots behind our building. You may also use the Livefront parking lot, located at 2913 Harriet Ave, before 7 am and after 5 pm on weekdays and all day on weekends.

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
