This class will push you to new levels of strength using just the TRX Suspension Trainer and your own body weight. Be ready to “feel the burn” as you power through multiple sets of high tension loads in this time-based intervals that features beginner, intermediate to advanced strength exercises. The workout comes in the form of unique blocks of strength exercises in high intensity sure to burn calories and leave you quivering during and long after your workout is complete. Please wear comfortable workout clothes.You may also want to bring your own water and towel along. However, you can also get drinks from our chiller. We also offer towels for a small fee if you wish to shower.
