About this class

Our Pilates HIIT class is a new innovative, high-intensity program linking the core principles of Pilates with primal, functional movements. This workout achieves high intensity through the use of plyometric and isometric techniques in every round. You will be improving your mobility, agility and overall coordination, stimulating metabolic and cardiovascular functions by constantly working the core. You will tone your muscles in a balanced way, improving endurance and strength over time.

Please wear comfortable workout clothes.You may also want to bring your own water and towel along. However, you can also get drinks from our chiller. We also offer towels for a small fee if you wish to shower.

Really love pilates HIIT with Herzy! It’s my second session with him and he is really encouraging and corrects your posture. The buddy workout also helped to make the HIIT portion fun and distracts you from the painful squats :)

What is ClassPass?
