Using solely your own bodyweight for resistance and relying on minimal equipment, you will learn how to perform a range of compound exercises, such as push-ups, pull-ups, core exercises, and lower body exercises. In this class, you will be learning and building muscular strength and endurance, as well as improving bone and joint strength, which aids in preventing injuries while you utilize the your core to achieve a lean physique. It is for anyone; male or female, beginner or advanced who is interested in building complete strength and taking their workouts and themselves to the next level.

Please wear comfortable workout clothes.You may also want to bring your own water and towel along. However, you can also get drinks from our chiller. We also offer towels for a small fee if you wish to shower.
