At G-Fit, our mission is simple: get fit, get strong, and get out of pain. As a client, you will experience high-intensity training with a purpose. G-Fit at Push Performance is a blend of smart, progressive strength training, high-intensity interval training, and corrective movement work. Their coaches work with professional athletes on a daily basis and know how to optimize not only performance but health and wellness as well. Each class is curated to build their clients’ strength, aerobic base and correct faulty movement patterns contributing to pain and nagging injuries. G-Fit classes incorporate dumbbells, barbells, med balls, TRX, cardio, body-weight movements, and more. All fitness levels welcome. Push your performance to the next level with G-Fit!

What is ClassPass?
