All Stars at Push Fitness of Westchester
About this class
All Stars will combine two elements in a small, focused environment. In the first half of each session, we will look to break thresholds, 'push'ing ourselves to new limits! In the second half of class, we will W.O.W. you (work on weaknesses) based on the specific participants in each session and their goals, etc!

How to prepare
Remember to bring your own towel and water bottle. The closest parking requires meter payment between the hours of 8AM - 6PM. We have change at the front desk if needed.
