This class is designed to create long lean muscles. All the moves are originated from dance. You will target specific muscles with each exercise and wake up muscles that are seldom used. All of the exercises can be customized to fit beginner, intermediate and advanced. The results are better posture, better balance and smooth lean muscle development.

How to prepare
Please wear comfortable workout clothing and athletic shoes. Bring water if you'd like! Complimentary towels and day use lockers are available at the club.

Push Fitness For Women is located at 4225 E. 82nd Street in Indianapolis, IN. They are on the west side of the same building as Fresh Thyme Farmers Market.
