About this class
CWS is specially designed to burn the most amount of calories and maximize weight loss while challenging sport specific objectives. As a professional in cardio workout programs, Ben has developed a workout system that will maximize the effectiveness of the 45-minute workout format. If you are focused on weight loss, you will find yourself burning a greater number of calories. You will also benefit from the effects of Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC). EPOC will allow you to continue burning more calories even after our morning workout is done. If you are an athlete (high school, college or recreational) and looking to improve your performance, this workout will build your endurance. This cardio program will allow you to tap into that 6th gear on game or race day.

How to prepare
Please bring spin shoes (SPD or Look Delta) and a towel for the shower. The studio rents and sells shoes, provides hand towel, rents bath towel, and sells water.
