About this class

This workout leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. This class focuses on fast, effective total-body workout building a rock solid core and increasing muscular endurance.

How to prepare

For Yoga - they have 10 yoga mats on-site but recommend that clients bring their own yoga mats for hygiene purposes. For Boxing - they have 4 boxing gloves on-site but they recommend clients bring their own gloves for hygiene purposes.

What is ClassPass?
