Expect active, strengthening standing poses in the yang portion of this class. Yin is a slower style of yoga that focuses on getting into the connective tissue helping you to relax both mentally and physically, building flexibility. A perfectly balanced practice.

Got a great stretch in! Patricia is a very good instructor. Full class but not too overcrowded. Recommend getting there earlier to get a good spot though.

Deanna is wonderful! Her classes have a great pace and her voice is clear and calming.

They did not cap the size of class and continued to let a ridiculous amount of people in. Each mat only had 3-4 inches between. You could hardly do some poses without touching your neighbour. Other wise class was good.

Patricia is a great instructor! I like that she is hands on and helps correct postures during her class. Being YinYang and not Pure Yin expect first half to be a workout. Don’t forget your towel and bottle of water you’ll need it!

Great balance between flow and yin. I would not recommend for beginners as the flow part is led quite fast.
