About this class

Using body weight and heavy resistance, larger muscle groups are worked in controlled intervals resulting in a lean body with a bonus of maximum calorie burn. Attention to technique, efficiency and recovery are the science behind transformation in this revamped Figure 4 Barre workout. Level: Advanced, 2/3, not recommended for clients with prominent injuries or are who are pregnant.

How to prepare

If you are just starting barre or have a pre-existing injury or problems that prevent full participation, please discuss the situation with the instructor before class. Personal belongings are not allowed in the studios. Cell phones may not be used in Pure Yoga studios. Sneakers are required for Figure 4 Fierce classes. Other Figure 4 classes require bare feet or grip socks.

How to get there

First time Pure Yoga attendees must arrive 15 minutes before class or they will not be permitted to participate. Other attendees must allow enough time to check-in before each class. Do not enter a class late or leave early unless you give the instructors prior notice. Instructors reserve the right to deny late entry to any individual who is not in the studio at the time class begins.

What is ClassPass?
