About this class

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. There are many proven benefits to HIIT, one of which is increased metabolic rate after training, which causes the body to continue burning calories at a higher rate long after class is over. Focusing on Tabata style, each exercise lasts for 20 seconds, with a 10 second rest. There are variations to suit people of all levels and ensure that you sweat, put in your best effort, and leave feeling great!

Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Slightly form fitting clothes are advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections.
