About this class

It's Boys Month at the Barre! Boys Do Classic will showcase our Low Impact, High Intensity workout at it's best with special moves chosen for the male body. Don't let our majority female clientele fool you, our core group of longterm male clients are praising our technique for everything from complimenting their other physical practices, to preventing and recovering from injury. Come join other male clients in this class. ALL ARE WELCOME! So women, we see you too, a great time to share your love of Pure Barre with a friend or loved one, or share in the experience with other members of our community!

How to prepare

Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class, as doors will be locked when class begins. Socks are MANDATORY, if you do not own a pair of sticky socks, you can always buy them at our studio.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
