How to prepare

Please wear capri length or longer leggings, an athletic top, hair pulled back, and bring water with you. Socks are mandatory- sticky socks recommended (they are available for purchase at the studio). The studio recommends that you come 10-15 minutes before class begins, to fill out some paperwork and meet your teacher.

It was my first time here and I felt like I was just thrown in without any explanation. After I caught on, I liked the class better. Not an intense workout but definitely felt the burn!

Wasn’t my favorite class. The instructor was struggling to explain a lot of the exercises and completely skipped over one of the legs. Didn’t really feel like a work out.

This workout was not for me. I've taken several barre classes, and the pace of this one was like ADHD barre. Extremely fast sets vs. long periods of reps. The studio's carpet and lack of fans did not help matters. The owner-instructor Rashanna was very attentive and helpful. She corrected my form multiple times which I appreciated. Everyone else in the class seemed to be getting a good workout so it's probably just not a fit for me.

What is ClassPass?
