Pure Barre is a high-intensity, low-impact 55 minute full-body workout that utilizes small, isometric movements to strengthen and lengthen your muscles. They provide all the equipment needed. What to wear: sticky socks, pants or capris that cover your knees (no shorts), and a shirt that covers your midriff.

The class felt rushed and the exercises/movements were not explained throughly. The instructor would only demonstrate a few of the movements and was speaking so fast on the microphone you could barely understand her.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
