About this class

The Original. Rooted in our classic technique, Pure Barre is the fastest, most effective full-body workout. You’ll be guided through a series low-impact, high intensity movements that are designed to strengthen and tone your body in ways that no other technique can. Give us 50 minutes and we’ll give you the best of barre - long and lean muscle tone without the bulk. Sticky socks are required for class. New clients please arrive 10 minutes before your first class.

How to prepare

1.New students must arrive 5 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2.They cannot accommodate anyone who is more than 5 mins late 3.Pants, legging or capris (no shorts) + top that covers midriff + socks required 4.Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5.Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6.Pregnant students: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications

Great workout for busy people. Personally I felt that it was too fast for me and think I would prefer to take a dance class, but I could see how this would be great for people who want a quick way to activate certain muscles.

What is ClassPass?
