About this class
Pure Empower is a barre-based, high intensity, low impact, full body workout that combines strength training with cardio-centric circuits. It uses your own body weight, a 6-inch step-up platform and ankle weights. It is challenging, but modifiable for all levels and a great complement to Pure Barre Classic.

How to prepare
1.New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2.They cannot accommodate anyone who is more than 5 mins late 3.Pants, legging or capris (no shorts) + top that covers midriff + socks required 4.Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5.Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6.Pregnant students: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications
