About this class

Pure Reform targets, shapes and defines all major muscle groups through resistance-based training.   It offers a unique blend of strength, sculpting and balance training in just 50 minutes, merging Pure Barre Classic positioning and movements with resistance bands and slides to burn more calories, increase muscular strength and improve balance and coordination.The class will focus on alignment and intentional movement, with a musically-driven, energetic and fun emphasis.

How to prepare

1.New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2.We cannot accommodate anyone who is more than 5 mins late 3.Pants, legging or capris (no shorts) + top that covers midriff + socks required 4.Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5.Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6.Pregnant students: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications

**If you reserve class at this studio, you must attend class at this Bandywood Drive Nashville location - this is not the White Bridge location!**

What is ClassPass?
