Inspired by resistance training. Perfected by Pure Barre. Pure Reform is a total body workout that targets, shapes, and defines all major muscle groups through resistance‐based strength training. The 50‐minute class merges the elements you love from our Pure Barre technique with moves that challenge your strength, coordination and balance by using resistance bands, sliders, and the barre.

How to prepare

1.New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2.They do not allow late entry into classes 3.Pants, legging or capris (no shorts) + top that covers midriff + socks required (grip socks recommend) 4.Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5.Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6.Pregnant Clients: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications. They require a doctor note clearing you for exercise.

How to get there

We are located at 32nd Ave and Julian St. The entry is behind the building from the alley. Please allow extra time to find parking.

Pure Reform with Heather
It is a good class and the instructor was great and very helpful. Just wasn’t a good workout for me since I am pregnant and couldn’t do a majority of the movements since I had to modify so much. I learned that barre classic is better for me since pregnant, not this class.
Pure Reform with Mish
Mish was awesome and provided a lot of corrections, which I always love. I’m not new to barre, but I am new to Pure Reform and holy crap, it’s hard. Mish kept the class moving and the music was great.

What is ClassPass?
