About this class

As long as you can hold a ballet barre, you can do Pure Barre. That’s not to say that it’s easy, your first class will likely feel challenging at times, but they encourage you to stick with it. Try your hardest and let loose and feel free to ask your instructor plenty of questions after class if you weren't clear on any of the moves. Pure Barre Late Entry Policy Empower: Clients are not allowed in late. Once the doors are closed, class has started. Classic: Clients will not be let in after 3 minutes into class. **This is for safety -No Shorts Allowed. -Socks Required.

How to prepare

New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres. They cannot accommodate anyone who is more than 3 mins late for Pure Barre Classic and no late entry for Empower. Pants, legging or capris (no shorts) and socks required. Shoes and cell phones are not allowed in studio Please let the instructor know of any injuries. Pregnant students: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications.

What is ClassPass?
